- 6:00 p.m.: Potluck — "The Outer Limits of the Inner Circle." For fun, dress as your favorite alien or create your own! Bring a dish to share, BYOB and chairs.
Saturday, August 17—Mid Sports Activities
- 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: Lunch. Cost: $5.00 for lunch only, $7.00 for lunch and a dessert treat and raffle ticket. Drawing will be at 3:00 p.m.
- Kings and Queens 6s volleyball tournament.
- 2:00 p.m.: "Tear Wear" t-shirt cutting at Woody's. The necessary tools will be provided.
Saturday, August 24—Mid Sports Activities
- 2:00 p.m.: Poolside bingo.
- 6:00 p.m.: Potluck. Hosted by Roger and DD, fun theme to be announced.
Friday, August 30 to Monday, September 2 — Labor Day Weekend.

- Volleyball at Avatan. Avatan has invited Oakwood members to stay for dinner.
Sunday, September 1
- 6:00 p.m.: Body painting and potluck hosted by Dan and Barb.
